Psychiatric assessment
The initial conversation explores your reasons for attending, symptoms, history and needs. The aim is to develop a clear clinical picture and agree on next steps. Additional information or further exploration may be necessary.
Adult ADHD
The practice offers assessment and follow-up for adults with suspected or established ADHD. Assessment connects developmental history with current functioning. Treatment discussions cover education, support and medication when appropriate.
Anxiety, mood and other difficulties
Psychiatric care can explore anxiety, panic attacks, depressive symptoms, obsessive-compulsive difficulties and mood disorders. The service and frequency of follow-up are tailored to the individual history.
Psychological support
The therapeutic approach is shaped around your goals, difficulties and life circumstances. Georgios Mylonas has training in cognitive behavioural psychotherapy. Available options and the therapeutic framework are discussed during the initial assessment.
Medication follow-up
Reviews consider benefits, tolerability, safety and functioning. If you already take medication, bring an accurate list and any previous reports. Continuation of a prescription is not automatic; it requires clinical assessment.
